WARRANTY AND COMPLAINT
In addition, we have a warranty covering all products that apply for one (1) year. Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damage caused by loss, theft, fire or water.
- Faults or damage caused by improper use, tampering (bumps, cuts, drops, etc.), accidents or unjustified repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear (eg minor scratches, wear off and fading color, etc.).
Any complaints may be directed to our customer service. Please provide your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will get back to you with further instructions on returning the item.
Although the product is incorrect and should be returned, it is important that it is treated with care. Whatever the reason for the return, it is important that the product is packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport.
If a product is to be replaced, it is done against a product of the corresponding model. If a particular product is no longer available, you will instead be entitled to a refund.
You can not exchange or return items to us that you have purchased from any of our retailers. Neither can you exchange or return any items at our retailers that you have purchased from us. These returns will not be approved in our system.
